On Postponement of Entrance Exam of the 12th Generation of the Legal Profession For Academic Year 2011-2013

Reference : Decision made by the Bar Council in an assembly,date March 02,2012.

As mentioned above, the Bar Association would like to inform Mister, Madam, Miss, as civil servants and students that: the due date of accepting application of the entrance exam of the 12th generation of the legal profession for academic year 2011 – 2013 shall be delayed to March 31, 2012 at 17:00, while the schedule of written exams will be informed later.
    Therefore, please Mister, Madam, and Misses, be well informed.

In the morning of January 26, 2012, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia has organized a training on capacity development for lawyers and staff of project on rights to justice for children under support of UNISCO. In that occasion, lawyer Soun Visal, general secretariat of the Bar Association representing H.E. Chiev Songhak, the president of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia said that: the project on rights to justice for children is supported by UNISCO for 2 years, and will be completed in November 2013, and focused on the five activities: 1. Provide legal support for 300 child case, 2. Advertisement via TV and hot line call. 3/4. Case analysis, writing and publication…Children rights day. 5. Train new lawyers which these activities are being implemented by the Bar Association.
